Thank you for your visit. Below you find which data is processed when you visit this website, what we ask your consent for and which rights you have.
1. Controller
The controller within the meaning of data-protection law, in particular the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), is:
bluesolve GmbH
Lessingstr. 9, 80336 München, Germany
Phone: +49 89 20572040

You can reach our data-protection officer at data-privacy@bluesolve.tech.
2. Hosting and visiting the website
This website is hosted by Amazon Web Services EMEA SARL, 38 Avenue John F. Kennedy, L-1855 Luxembourg (“AWS”). The files are stored in a data centre in Frankfurt am Main. The website is delivered through the Amazon CloudFront network so that it loads quickly; your request may also be answered from a location in North America.
When you open the website, your browser transmits technically necessary data, in particular your IP address, the date and time of access, the page or file requested, the previously visited page (referrer) and the browser type and operating system. This data is processed only to deliver the website to you. We have not enabled access logs (server log files) containing this data.
The purpose is to deliver the website and to keep it stable and secure. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in a secure, working website (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). The recipient is AWS as processor; we have a data processing agreement with AWS. Its parent company Amazon.com, Inc. is based in the USA and certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework.
3. Cookies and consent
With your consent, we use cookies and similar technologies (e.g. localStorage) to analyse how the website is used (statistics) and to measure the success of campaigns (marketing). In the banner you decide which categories you allow. Without your consent, the Google services set no cookies. You can change your choice or withdraw it with effect for the future at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page.
The legal basis for the necessary entries is Section 25(2) no. 2 TDDDG; for everything else it is your consent (Section 25(1) TDDDG, Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). The following overview lists the cookies used per category, their purpose and how long they are stored:
Necessary
Stores your cookie settings. Without it the website does not work as you asked.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| bsv_consent | Stores your cookie settings (localStorage) | 13 months |
Statistics
Statistics cookies help us understand how visitors use the website: which pages they open (Google Analytics) and where they click and how far they scroll, including session recordings (Microsoft Clarity). We use this data to improve the website.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _ga | Google Analytics 4 – distinguishes users by a randomly generated ID | 2 years |
| _ga_* | Google Analytics 4 – stores the session state and counts page views | 2 years |
| _gid | Google Analytics 4 – distinguishes users within 24 hours | 24 hours |
| _gat_* | Google Analytics – limits the request rate to Google | 1 minute |
| _clck | Microsoft Clarity – stores a pseudonymous user ID for this website | 1 year |
| _clsk | Microsoft Clarity – connects several page views into one session | 1 day |
| CLID | Microsoft Clarity – records when Clarity first saw this browser (third party) | 1 year |
| MUID | Microsoft – recognises the browser across Microsoft services (third party) | 1 year |
| ANONCHK, MR, SM | Microsoft – technical helper cookies for MUID (third party) | up to 7 days |
Marketing
Marketing services measure whether our Google Ads lead to requests or calls.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| _gcl_au | Google Ads – conversion linker, stores click information to measure conversions | 90 days |
| IDE | Google DoubleClick – retargeting and remarketing, shows personalised ads | 13 months |
| NID | Google – stores settings and information for Google ads | 6 months |
| test_cookie | Google DoubleClick – checks whether the browser supports cookies | 15 minutes |
Google Tag Manager
This website uses Google Tag Manager by Google LLC, 1600 Amphitheatre Parkway, Mountain View, CA 94043, USA (“Google”). It loads the services listed above and makes sure they set cookies only after your consent (Google Consent Mode). The Tag Manager itself loads with every page, also before your choice; this transmits your IP address to Google. It sets no cookies itself. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in managing the services we use (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
Google Analytics: type and purpose of processing
This website uses Google Analytics, a web analytics service by Google. Google Analytics uses “cookies”, text files stored on your computer that allow an analysis of how you use the website. The information generated by the cookie about your use of this website may be transferred to Google servers in the USA and stored there. Google Analytics 4 does not log or store IP addresses; they are only used to derive the approximate location (country, region) and then discarded. On behalf of the operator of this website, Google uses this information to evaluate your use of the website, to compile reports on website activity and to provide the website operator with further services related to website and internet use.
The purposes of processing are to evaluate the use of the website and to compile reports on activity on the website.
Legal basis
Processing is based on your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG).
Recipients
The recipient of the data is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, as processor. We have concluded the corresponding data processing agreement with Google.
Retention period
Event data is deleted automatically after the period set in Google Analytics, at most 14 months.
Transfer to third countries
Google processes your data in the USA and has committed to the EU-US Data Privacy Framework (DPF): dataprivacyframework.gov.
Whether provision is required
Providing your personal data is voluntary and based solely on your consent.
Withdrawing consent
You can withdraw your consent at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of each page. You can also prevent cookies from being stored through your browser settings, or install the browser add-on to deactivate Google Analytics.
Profiling
With the tracking tool Google Analytics, the behaviour of website visitors can be assessed and their interests analysed. For this we create a pseudonymous user profile.
Google Ads and conversion tracking
We run ads through Google Ads, a service of Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. With your consent to “Marketing”, we measure whether a click on an ad leads to a request through the contact or callback form, or to a call through a phone number on this website (conversion tracking). For this, Google sets the cookies listed in the overview. We only learn the total number of these conversions, not who triggered them.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Google may transfer data to the USA; Google LLC is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: dataprivacyframework.gov.
Microsoft Clarity
With your consent to “Statistics”, we use Microsoft Clarity by Microsoft Corporation, One Microsoft Way, Redmond, WA 98052, USA. Clarity records how visitors use the website, such as mouse movements, clicks and scroll depth, and shows this as heatmaps and session recordings. This tells us where pages are unclear. Input in form fields is masked and not recorded.
The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR, Section 25(1) TDDDG). Without consent, Clarity sets no cookies. The data is usually processed in the USA; Microsoft is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework: dataprivacyframework.gov.
4. Your language choice
The language is part of the address: German pages are at bluesolve.tech/de/…, English pages at bluesolve.tech/en/…. When you switch between German and English, you open the page in the other language. Nothing is stored on your device for this.
5. Fonts and media
Fonts, images and films on this website are served from our own web space. No connection is made to third-party servers, such as font or video providers.
6. Contact and callback forms
Type and purpose of processing
When you send the contact or callback form, we process your details (name, email address or phone number, optionally company, topic, preferred time slot and your message) and the language of the page to assign and answer your enquiry and to clarify follow-up questions. Your enquiry is transmitted to a function at AWS in Frankfurt, stored there and delivered to us by email. We do not store your IP address.
If the enquiry cannot be transmitted, the form prepares an email in your email program instead. We only receive it once you send it yourself.
Legal basis
Processing is based on our legitimate interest in enabling you to contact us easily and in answering your enquiry (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). If you contact us to request an offer or a demo, processing serves to take steps prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR).
Recipients
Recipients are our processors: AWS (transmission and storage, see section 2), Resend (Plus Five Five, Inc., San Francisco, USA; delivery of the notification email to us) and Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland (our Microsoft 365 mailbox). Resend is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework; in addition, the European Commission’s standard contractual clauses apply as part of our data processing agreement with Resend.
Retention period
The stored enquiry is deleted automatically 180 days after receipt. We delete the email with your enquiry no later than 6 months after it has been handled. If a contract is concluded, we are subject to the statutory retention periods of the German Commercial Code (HGB) and Fiscal Code (AO) and delete your data when they expire.
Whether provision is required
Providing your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only handle your enquiry if you tell us your name and an email address (contact form) or phone number (callback form).
The same applies if you contact us directly by email or phone.
7. Booking a meeting
The buttons for booking a meeting, such as “Book a demo”, take you to our booking calendar at value.bluesolve.tech. It is run for us by MORE. GmbH on the GoHighLevel platform of HighLevel, Inc. (LeadConnector), Dallas, Texas, USA. There you enter your name, email address, phone number and, depending on the meeting, details on your industry, product, documents or the person who signs an NDA, and choose a time. We use these details to arrange and prepare the meeting. The meeting takes place on Microsoft Teams; you receive an invitation from Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited, Dublin, Ireland.
When the booking page opens, the provider loads fonts from Google (fonts.googleapis.com), which transmits your IP address to Google, and stores identifiers for its own analysis in your browser’s local storage.
The “Book a Microsoft Teams meeting” link of our contact person takes you to Microsoft Bookings (Microsoft Ireland Operations Limited) instead, for the same purposes.
The legal basis is taking steps prior to entering into a contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR) and our legitimate interest in easy scheduling (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). MORE. GmbH and Microsoft are our processors; we have a data processing agreement with MORE. GmbH, and HighLevel is its sub-processor. The transfer to HighLevel in the USA is protected by appropriate safeguards under Art. 44 et seq. GDPR, governed by that agreement. Microsoft Corporation is certified under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework. We keep booking data as long as it is needed to prepare, hold and follow up the meeting and for any business relationship that results, and delete it afterwards unless statutory retention obligations apply.
8. Job applications
If you apply to us by email, we process your details and documents solely for the application process. The legal basis is the initiation of an employment relationship (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). If you are not hired, we delete your documents no later than 6 months after the process ends, so that we can defend against possible claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). We keep them longer only with your consent.
9. Links to social networks
This website links to our profiles on LinkedIn, Instagram and Facebook. This content is not embedded: data is only transmitted to the respective provider once you follow such a link. The provider’s privacy policy applies there.
10. SSL/TLS encryption
To protect your data in transit, we use state-of-the-art encryption (e.g. TLS) via HTTPS.
11. Your rights
You can exercise the following rights at any time, most easily via data-privacy@bluesolve.tech:
- access to the data we hold about you and how it is processed (Art. 15 GDPR),
- rectification of inaccurate personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- erasure of your data (Art. 17 GDPR),
- restriction of processing where we may not yet delete your data because of legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR) and
- data portability where you have consented to processing or concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 GDPR).
If you have given us consent, you can withdraw it at any time with effect for the future.
Right to object (Art. 21 GDPR)
Where we process your data on the basis of our legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), you can object to this processing at any time on grounds relating to your particular situation. We will then no longer process your data unless we can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds that override your interests, or the processing serves the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims. An informal message to data-privacy@bluesolve.tech is enough.
You can lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority at any time. The authority responsible for us is the Bavarian Data Protection Authority (Bayerisches Landesamt für Datenschutzaufsicht, BayLDA), Promenade 18, 91522 Ansbach, Germany, www.lda.bayern.de.
No automated decision-making, including profiling, within the meaning of Art. 22 GDPR takes place.
12. Changes to this policy
We reserve the right to adapt this privacy policy so that it always meets current legal requirements or reflects changes to our services, e.g. when we introduce new services. The new policy then applies to your next visit.
13. Questions for the data-protection officer
If you have questions about data protection, please email data-privacy@bluesolve.tech.
