Senior Developer (m/f/d) for AI and Mathematical Programming

bluesolve GmbH is an innovative company in variant and knowledge management. Since our founding in July 2020, our deep understanding of complex mathematical challenges and state-of-the-art artificial intelligence has made us a reliable partner for tailored solutions.

We support customers in healthcare, industry and automotive and use state-of-the-art methods and technology to give them the decisive competitive edge. Based in Munich, we are a member of the German AI Association (KI Bundesverband).

As a senior developer, you play a key role in developing and implementing advanced solutions in artificial intelligence, mathematical programming and software architecture. Your responsibilities include:

  • Designing and developing applications with Java and the Spring Framework.
  • Implementing and optimising graph databases, in particular Neo4j.
  • Applying AI technologies, in particular NLP, RAG and machine learning, to solve complex problems.
  • Using mathematical programming methods such as SAT and MILP solvers for modelling and optimisation.
  • Using cloud technologies, in particular Docker and AWS, for scalable solutions.
  • Developing the architecture for our customer projects.
  • Leading and mentoring junior developers in the team.
